Freshman and JV Tackle Football / Cheer

First player: $300

Second player+: $275

Flag Football

First player: $175

Second player+: $150

Flag Cheer

First player: $225

Second player+: $200

NOTE

You will be charged an additional $150 equipment/volunteer fee per athlete which is refundable at the end of the season provided you fulfill volunteer obligations and return all equipment.

Needed Forms at Registration

Below is the information needed for each participant in order for our records and compliance with the league.

Please gather the required forms and submit them during registration if you have them ready. If not, you must bring them to the Parent Night (early June at BMS, date to be announced).

Completed MHSSA form
Proof of school grade (printout from Parent Portal, or Report Card)
Signed CDC Concussion information form
Copy of Birth Certificate
